Made with beautiful purple plums, this jam is airy and has a lovely natural sweetness. It is so fresh in taste and moreish.
It is the perfect condiment to add to a cheese board, croissants with goat's cheese and thyme or frozen banana slices sandwiched with classic peanut butter, but in place of grape jelly use plum.
Nectarine: If a peach and apricot had a baby, it would be a nectarine. Made with juicy nectarines that are sweet like honey, this jam is summer sunshine in a jar.
Drizzle on vanilla ice cream sandwiched in a brioche bun, great with buckwheat waffles and coconut yoghurt or purée, add sparkling prosecco and you have a bellini.
