If a peach and apricot had a baby, it would be a nectarine. Made with juicy nectarines that are sweet like honey, this jam is summer sunshine in a jar. 


Drizzle on vanilla ice cream sandwiched in a brioche bun, great with buckwheat waffles and coconut yoghurt or purée, add sparkling prosecco and you have a bellini. 


  • Nectarine (70%), raw sugar cane, lemon juice
